Keto Blender Sherbet

118 ratings

This sherbet can be made with an sugar-free flavored gelatin you would like. I chose to do strawberry flavor. Also, the key is to use a smaller blender since this is a serving for 1-2 people, a larger blender is mostly likely not able to blend up a such a small amount.

I absolutely love lemon, so I used lemon and it was a huge hit. Definitely helped my mid day sweet cravings!

Soooo good, husband and I make it almost every night as our desert. We try different jello flavors to mix it up. Love it!!!! Sometimes have to put in freezer for a little bit longer. Usually really quick though. Occasionally when I can spare the fat I add extra heavy cream

I made it with double cream and sugar free lemon instead of strawberry. I used crushed ice and it came out a bit more liquid than expected so I split in into 2 containers and froze it for about 5 minutes... it came out perfect. This was so good.

I’ve been making this for years but instead of cream I use Greek yogurt or vanilla yoghurt so filling and yummy

Like others say, double the amount of cream, and the brand of sugar free jello you use does make a big difference in flavor. My only complaint is that you should try to use crushed ice and then blend it into a purée. Otherwise it’s closer to shaved Italian ice with crunchy chunks in it, even with my ninja blender, straight ice cubes wouldn’t process down enough.

Question I just bought sugar free Jello because the reviews look so good but the box I have is the larger box it says net weight .88 Oz I guess I was supposed to get the smaller box? Should I just wait until it's whatever number of grams

This was very good and refreshing. I also doubled the amount of heavy cream and it came out perfect.

Really good. I would recommend using about double the amount of heavy cream, maybe a bit more, to make it smoother.

I loved the freshness of this recipe. Even tho it does have aspartame it will be a great treat once in a while.

Can it be made without the heavy cream for more of a granita feel instead of sherbet?

Sugar free Jell-o is sweetened with aspartame, though. I would strictly limit this due to that horrible sweetener (which will spike blood sugar and insulin levels, plus other bad things to your body).

I changed this recipe by using unflavored grassfed gelation 1 tbs, and using the green leaf stevia (not processed stuff) and fresh frozen raspberries.
