Keto Ground Pork and Pepper

10 ratings

This simple pork dish is seasoned with aromatic herbs and spices and combined with tender bacon and juicy bell peppers.

This makes a great main served with cauliflower rice or a filling for lettuce wraps.

This is pretty good as written, but a little dull for us. We added garlic, a little more salt and topped with fresh cilantro.

I added tomato sauce and a splash of red wine vinegar and it came out like a goulash.

So good. The only thing I changed was that I added more spice. My picky boys asked me to make more so I defrosted another pound of ground pork!! Served over soba noodles. They were licking the plate. Keeper!

I never follow the spice amounts in a recipe and sometimes not even the suggested spices. I love spicy food.
