Low Carb Strawberry Daiquiri
You really don’t have to miss out on a thing on the Keto diet! Make sure alcohol consumption is condoned if you’ve been prescribed a Keto diet by your doctor. Then, make this Keto-friendly alcohol recipe: strawberry daiquiris. Use fresh orange, lemon, and lime juice along with frozen strawberries for an all-natural recipe. Add your rum of choice, and simply add ice to turn your strawberry daiquiri into a frozen treat. The best part is you can make one drink or more in just 5 minutes or less. Use liquid stevia drops to sweeten the daiquiri to your liking without adding any carbs. Add more stevia (or rum) than what is listed in the ingredients as needed.
Other types of daiquiris
Daiquiris are actually a whole group of drinks made with light rum. Just add your favorite fruit, citrus juice, and a Keto sweetener. Other Keto daiquiri recipes might include frozen raspberries, a berry blend, or frozen peaches. While many fruits are avoided on the Keto diet, small amounts in moderation can be incorporated into your food log.
Make the recipe in batches
You might have difficulty making a single Keto strawberry daiquiri in a blender. Make 2 or more servings when you make your daiquiri and either share with a friend or save your second drink. You could always freeze any leftover drinks and re-blend them the next time you’re in the mood for a frosty libation.

Step 1
Choose the rum for your daiquiri. It’s recommended you choose a light rum over a dark rum, however, choose your personal preference. A light rum will be more subtle and keep the drink tasting sweet. A dark rum will have a more pronounced flavor and bring out more of the orange flavor in the drink.Step 2
Squeeze about ¼ of the juice from a navel orange per serving in a blender. Add lemon juice, lime juice, and liquid stevia drops. Then, add your whole frozen strawberries and blend until they’re completely smooth. Finally, you can blend in the rum.Step 3
If you want to drink the strawberry daiquiri as is, you can pour it into a frosted glass that was chilled in your freezer. Otherwise, you may wish to blend ice cubes into the drink to make a frozen daiquiri. Pour your drink into a tall or stemmed glass, or pour a frozen drink into a stemless wine glass.
