This lunch is really easy to put together the night before or would work well for meal prepping as they will last all week! Make sure to spread the cream cheese evenly because it will help the wrap to hold together when cutting! Be sure to use a bread knife to cut the wrap so the pinwheels won’t get smashed.

Recipe Steps

  • Step 1

    Spread cream cheese evenly onto a tortilla.
    Step 1
  • Step 2

    Layer with lunch meat, spinach and tomatoes.
    Step 2
  • Step 3

    Roll the tortilla into a very tight wrap. Slice into six even pinwheels, discard or eat the end pieces! Use a bread knife to do this.

    Place in a lunch container along with blueberries, hard boiled egg and broccoli.

          This one is always a favourite. Instead of a wrap I've used either a lettuce leaf or just the lunchmeat. Really tasty and filling.

            Is there a way to subtract items from this recipe so they reflect in the log? Like if I didn’t have the blueberries, how do I remove them from my count?

              Yes, copy to your recipes. Hit the 3 little dots on right and edit. You can delete or add ingredients and it will adjust your macros. VERY handy!

            My meal plan calls for 1/4 box? Does anyone else see this as strange-you can’t make a 1/4 of a recipe, this is just lazy on the meal planning dept. And not planning for different calorie requirement. Obviously one size doesn’t fit all.

              My serving size is half a box. Thats 7 blueberries and 1 small mouthful of broccoli. Might as well just have a little more spinach or turkey and call it a day.

                Made my own Keto tortilla folded it with the ingredients and kept it wrapped in some parchment paper didn’t bother cutting them into wheels and had made reviled eggs the day before so had just a half really nice

                  I decided to use frozen spinach and real turkey meat. I cut it all up including the broccoli, microwaved it mixed it all with the cream cheese an added a poached egg on top. Wrapped it like a taco. I left out the tomatoes as dont like them. Blueberries on the side.

                    So easy, satisfying and filling. I substituted butter lettuce leaves for the tortilla, can't eat gluten and didn't need the extra carbs. It was still great!

                          10 grams carbs is net carbs. 20 carbs-10 grams fiber = 10 net carbs.
