Sunflower seeds

Walnuts

Flaxseed Meal
2 tbsp
Butter
2 tbsp
Almond milk
1 cup
Vanilla extract
0.5 tsp
Rum extract
1 tsp
Erythritol Granulated

Step 1
Add the butter, milk, vanilla extract, and rum extract to a small saucepan. Stir well and heat over medium heat. Once the butter has completely melted, remove it from the heat and set aside.Step 2
Grind the sunflower seeds and walnuts in a food processor or coffee/spice grinder until you get a flour-like consistency. Add to a bowl along with golden flaxseed meal and erythritol. Mix well to combine.Step 3
Add the mixture to the pan and mix well. Cook for a couple of minutes more, stirring constantly. Add some unsweetened almond milk if the mixture is too thick for your taste.Step 4
Transfer to serving bowls. Optionally, top with some low-carb berries and maple-flavored syrup. Serve immediately.

A nice alternative to my usual eggs and bacon breakfast. Tasted nutty and creamy, and delicious with a couple berries on top.

It’s like a nutty cream of wheat cereal. I loved it! I subbed coconut oil and a mix of maple and orange extract for the butter and rum extract (it’s what I had in a pinch) and it was perfect!! I just wish the portion size wasn’t so small (I made a single serving just to try it out).
