Recipe Steps

  • Step 1

    Preheat an oven to 350 F. Melt the chocolate chips in a bowl in the microwave in 40 second increments.

    Combine the melted chocolate with the other ingredients.

    Mix well in a stand mixer or in a bowl with a spatula.

    Using a teaspoon sized cookie scoop, drop each one spaced apart on a parchment lined cookie sheet.

    Bake for 6-7 minutes until just set and still fudgy. Do not over bake. If they are dull after baking they are over-baked (they should be slightly shiny on top). Allow to cool completely on the baking sheet before removing to a cooling rack.

    Anonymous...Keto followers generally count net carbs. If you look at total carbs and then subtract BOTH fiber and sugar alcohols, you end up with a net carb count of.9 grams per cookie. I personally don’t count sugar alcohols so I would say the carb count is too high for me, however, lots of folks do successfully.

      If you look at the information at the top on the right hand side you'll see net carbs 1g fat 3g protein 1g.

          Im confused about the value and percentage what does this mean. It seems high? How is it keto? Help!!!
