Walnuts

Coconut Oil

Maple Flavored Syrup by Lakanto

Ginger, Ground
1 teaspoon
Cinnamon, Ground
1 teaspoon
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Unsweetened Whole Cranberries by Safeway

100% Unsweerened Dark Chocolate Baking Chips by Pascha

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit and line a shallow oven tray with baking paper.Step 2
Add the seeds, flaked almonds and walnuts to a mixing bowl. Melt the coconut oil and add to the bowl along with the syrup, ginger, cinnamon and salt. Use your hands to rub the seasonings and syrup all over the nuts and seeds.Step 3
Arrange the nut mixture in an even layer across the lined oven tray. Transfer to the oven to bake for 10-12 minutes until golden, turning halfway through. Set aside to cool completely.Step 4
Return the cooled nut mixture to a mixing bowl. Roughly chop the cranberries and add to the bowl along with the chocolate chips. Toss to combine. Store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
