Step 1
Place a piece of sliced ham on a plate or cutting board. Add two slices of salami. You will fill these with cherry tomatoes and lettuce.Step 2
Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters. Then place two pieces of tomato on top of the salami. Add in a few pieces of spring mix.Step 3
Roll up the deli meat to contain the ingredients and secure it with a toothpick. Repeat with the remaining three pieces of deli ham. Place the rolls into one side of the meal prep containers.Step 4
Add the black olives next to the deli rolls. Then add in the pecans. Feel free to toast the pecans first if you would like. The blueberries can be enjoyed on the side as an after-lunch snack or as part of a sweet and salty meal!
