Keto Stir-Fry Take Out Noodles
These noodles are so amazing and are made in one pan! The shirataki noodles have such a great texture; I love them in this dish. One thing to watch out for is that the shirataki noodles will not absorb extra moisture so once you heat them in the microwave, be sure to drain them a second time as they will release more water. To make things even easier, buy a pre-cut shredded cabbage for this dish so you literally only have to mince the ginger. Reserve the white parts of the green onions for the stir-fry and the green parts for sprinkling on top at the end.

In the meantime, add half avocado oil to a large, preheated saute pan. Add the cabbage and cook until barely cooked. Sit aside on a plate.Step 3
Add the ground pork and let it cook on one side for at least 3-4 minutes to allow the meat to brown before touching it. Then stir it around and cook until cooked there is no more pink. Add in the pale parts of the green onion and ginger. Add the cabbage and noodles in.Step 4
Then add in the michiu and tamari and cook for 5 minutes, tossing and stirring to be sure the sauce reduces down and coats the noodles. Top with red pepper flakes and sesame seeds! Serve hot.

I’m new to Keto-3 weeks now. Love this recipe. If you aren’t a fan of spicy , leave out or reduce the red peppers. Also subbed the rice wine oil with sherry cooking oil & pork with chicken! Yummy!!!
