  • Lime

    ¼ each - 2" diameter

  • Olive Oil

Recipe Steps

  • Step 1

    Thinly slice the peppers. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over a medium heat. Add the pepper slices and cook gently until softened. About 2-3 minutes.

    Add the ground pork, coriander, garlic powder and the juice and zest of the lime. Season and stir well to combine. Continue to fry until the pork is completely cooked through.

    Divide the pork mixture between the lettuce cups.

    To serve, drizzle the sour cream over the pork and scatter with fresh cilantro.

    I was wondering the same thing. I saw this and a similar recipe for spicy pork lettuce wraps. The # of servings and nutrients are confusing. 1 Lettuce leaf and filling are a serving and 547 calories each?

      The recipe says 2 wraps is one serving.

      Thanks for catching - my mistake! The serving is two wraps and the nutritional info is for two.
