Vegan Keto Vanilla Frappe
If you have ever tried an ice cold frappe then you know how mouth-watering it is! You probably also know how much sugar and carbs they contain. The good news is you can still enjoy this frozen coffee drink using our Keto vanilla frappe recipe. And better yet, it is dairy-free, vegan, and gluten-free. Are you drooling already?
To make this delicious Keto coffee recipe, you will need good quality brewed coffee. Please don’t skimp on the quality of coffee, as it will make a huge difference in flavor. Also, make sure you chill the prepared coffee before blending it with the other ingredients. To get a creamy and rich drink, use a combination of canned coconut milk and almond milk. Blend these ingredients with vanilla extract, sweetener, and ice. That’s how easy it is to prepare a perfect vegan frappe in under 10 minutes.
What other types of plant-based milk can you use?
Any neutral-tasting nut milk would work. If you want to use almond milk, but don’t have it on hand, then you can make it using our 2-minute Keto almond milk recipe using almond butter: https://my.carbmanager.com/meals/recipes?dialog=food-detail:ug:d0af9174c4994698aa24e2a4182ba20e
Can you use this Keto recipe to prepare different Frappuccino flavors?
Of course, you can! Prepare this recipe as a base, but using ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract instead of 1 teaspoon. To make a Keto mocha frappe, add 2 tsp of cocoa powder to the blender with the other ingredients. For a Keto pumpkin spice frappe, add 2 tbsp of unsweetened pumpkin puree and ½ tsp pumpkin spice, and for a Keto caramel frappe, add 2 tbsp of sugar-free caramel.
What ingredients can you use if you aren’t vegan or dairy-free?
If you can consume dairy, prepare this iced Keto coffee using heavy cream instead of coconut milk. All the other ingredients can remain the same.

Fantastic drink. Going to add skinny food caramel sauce over the whipped cream next time.

this sounds amazing! I'll have to unpack my blender and try it.

Delicious! Just don’t try to add more ice to make it thicker. It turns into an icee with very little flavor. I’d recommend 1/2 cup of ice, or just drink it straight over ice cubes.
