  • Step 1

    Dice the steak into bite sized chunks and add to a mixing bowl.
  • Step 2

    Add the tomato purée, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, oregano, salt and pepper to a small mixing bowl. Stir together well to combine.

    Spoon the tomato mixture over the beef and use your hands to coat thoroughly in the marinade. Set aside for 10 minutes.

    Heat the remaining olive oil in a frying pan over a high heat. Add the coated steak pieces and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until cooked to preference.

    Amazing! My hubby and 4 kids (16,16,20,21) all enjoyed it. It does have a kick to it, but it was so flavorful and easy to make. Paired it with cauliflower mash and roasted broccoli.
