Easy Keto Chocolate Iced Cappuccino

This Keto chocolate cappuccino is a delicious iced coffee drink that is the perfect morning or afternoon hot weather pick-me-up! Keto iced Cappuccinos are easy to make with the simple steps below. This recipe serves one, but you can easily double the recipe for two servings. While milk foam helps to define a cappuccino, it is entirely optional.

What's the difference between a Cappuccino and Latte? A traditional cappuccino has an even distribution of espresso, steamed milk, and foamed milk. A latte has more steamed milk and a light layer of foam. A cappuccino is distinctly layered, while in a latte, the espresso and steamed milk are mixed together.

What is the difference between cacao and cocoa powder? Cacao and cocoa mean the same thing. A cacao bean is a cocoa bean, whether roasted or not. Cocoa powder is made from roasted cacao beans. Cocoa/cacao powder is not the same as drinking chocolate which contains added sugars. Always source 100% natural or pure Dutch-process cocoa powder.

Can I substitute any ingredients? Make this Keto chocolate cappuccino vegan by substituting the double cream for coconut cream or another plant-based cream of choice.

Can I make this another way? You can add all the ingredients to a blender, including the ice, and blitz to slushy ice coffee. Serve in a tall glass and top with milk foam (optional).
