Add the kale to a saucepan. Pour boiling water over the kale and cover for 5 minutes until it wilts. Drain the water and set it aside to cool slightly.Step 2
Add the kale, cream cheese, feta, capers, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and fresh dill to a blender and blitz on high speed until smooth and creamy.Step 3
