Keto Korean Strawberry Milk
A delicious Korean cafe sensation is the Korean strawberry milk drink. This drink can quickly be converted into a low-carb and Keto drink. Sweet and tart strawberries are lightly sweetened with sweetener, pureed, and combined with a small dice of extra strawberries. The strawberry sauce is swirled in a serving glass and then topped with ice-cold, creamy milk.
What kind of strawberries should you use?
Fresh strawberries would be the best option for this recipe for the brightest strawberry taste. However, you can use frozen strawberries if you would like to. If using frozen strawberries, it would be best to puree all the strawberries together.
What kind of milk can you use?
You can use any milk that you would like here. The recipe uses coconut milk, which is the creamiest and richest milk. It also tastes great with the tart and sweet strawberry sauce. However, whole cow’s milk, almond milk, soy milk, and cashew milk would also be delicious.
What can you serve this Keto beverage with?
Keto Korean strawberry milk would be delicious with small pastries like these Keto spritz cookies https://www.carbmanager.com/recipe/keto-spritz-cookies
