Keto Beef Nachos

Nachos are the ultimate comfort food! We have reinvented this classic into a Keto nacho recipe the whole family can enjoy - perfect for any low carb diet. Our Keto beef nachos are made using our homemade nacho chips and topped with beef taco meat, freshly diced Roma tomatoes, shredded lettuce, diced white onions, spicy diced jalapenos, and chopped cilantro. The final dish is topped with sour cream and cotija cheese. Feel free to add other nacho-like toppings, for example, salsa or guacamole, for added flavor! You will love this Keto Nacho recipe!

What is the best ground beef to use for this recipe?

Please use ground beef that is around 85% lean. This ratio gives the right amount of protein to fat for satiety and an overall pleasant eating experience.

Do I have to use homemade Keto Nacho Chips?

No, you can use low carb tortilla chips, but beware many of these contain gluten! If you use an alternative nacho chip, please be sure to copy this recipe and adjust the ingredients for an accurate macro count.
