Organic Zucchini Noodles by Whole Foods

Italian Seasoning

Mozzarella cheese, whole milk

Parmesan cheese, fresh (hard)

Garlic

Passata Tomato Cooking Sauce by Remano
1 cup
Olive Oil
1 tablespoon
White Onion
½ medium - 2 1/2" diameter
Ricotta cheese, whole milk
0.33 cup
Salt, Sea Salt

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over a medium heat. Add the ground pork and cook until browned all over. Thinly slice the onion and garlic and add to the pan with the pork, cooking for a minute or two until tender.Step 3
Add the passata, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine and simmer for 3-4 minutes.Step 4
Add the zucchini noodles and stir well to combine.Step 5
Spoon half the pasta mixture into a small oven proof dish and crumble over half of the ricotta.Step 6
Spoon the remaining pasta mixture over the top then crumble over the remaining ricotta and tear over the mozzarella. Sprinkle with the parmesan.Step 7
Transfer to the oven to bake for 20-25 minutes until piping hot through, golden and bubbling.
