  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Step 2

    Heat the olive oil in a skillet over a medium heat. Add the ground pork and cook until browned all over. Thinly slice the onion and garlic and add to the pan with the pork, cooking for a minute or two until tender.

    Add the passata, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine and simmer for 3-4 minutes.

    Add the zucchini noodles and stir well to combine.

    Spoon half the pasta mixture into a small oven proof dish and crumble over half of the ricotta.

    Spoon the remaining pasta mixture over the top then crumble over the remaining ricotta and tear over the mozzarella. Sprinkle with the parmesan.

    Transfer to the oven to bake for 20-25 minutes until piping hot through, golden and bubbling.
