Cut the chicken into strips, mince the garlic, slice the onion and bell pepper, and slice the mushrooms. Add the olive oil to a skillet over medium heat, then add the chicken. Sauté the chicken until slightly golden and cooked through.Step 2

Excellent! I subbed soy sauce for tamari since it has a similar flavor profile and I had no tamari.
