6 ratings

These keto Yorkshire puddings are inspired by the traditional British classic and use almond meal in place of the usual flour.

Perfect as an accompaniment to a Sunday lunch or your Thanksgiving meal served with lashings of gravy.

I like these healthy little fat bombs! Easy. I Added herbs and cheese once. Sometimes some flaxseed meal. Play around! But definitely great with roast and smothered with mushroom gravy.

Really enjoyed having a Yorkshire pudding with my roast dinner so I didn’t feel left out. They don’t really look or taste exactly like traditional Yorkies but then I didn’t expect it to. It was light, fluffy and went well with my roast. Plus I froze the rest and had them for lunch sometimes with butter and cheese on and they were yummy.

Thank you! Roast Beef and Yorkshire Pudding! This is very close to the original Yorkshire puddings I’m used to. A very good keto copy. I used bacon grease instead of oil in the pans, it gave it a real lift. If I’d had beef dripping it probably would have been more original, but coupled with a pan gravy, they were yum all the way.

I'm probably used to the genuine Yorkshire pudding so this was very disappointing, I wouldn't make it again.
