  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Mince the garlic and add to a mixing bowl with the tahini, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, olive oil, syrup, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.

    Liberally coat the chicken in the tahini mixture.

    Transfer to the oven to roast for 1 hour 30 or until completely cooked through and the juices run clear.

    This was ok, the sauce was very pastey so did not coat the chicken very well, really couldn't taste it
