Tired of having flu symptoms and want some Keto flu recipes to help you get back to feeling your best? This sugar-free, low-carb electrolyte tea is just the remedy you need. It requires just a handful ingredients and takes only a few minutes to make. This tea transforms basic pantry elements into a hydrating and replenishing drink that can help ward off Keto flu symptoms. It has a balance of sweet, tart, and refreshing flavors, making it the perfect flu remedy that is easy to drink.
What is a Keto electrolyte tea?
As complex as it sounds, a Keto electrolyte tea is simply a drink that combines Keto-friendly ingredients that are high in electrolytes and sweetened with low-carb sweeteners. Electrolytes are minerals that conduct electricity when dissolved in water. They are important for the brain, nerves, and muscle function. Therefore, they play a vital role in overall body function. The ingredients used in this Keto electrolyte flu tea, such as lemon juice and Himalayan salt, produce ions when dissolved in water making the drink super hydrating.
When should you drink this Keto sugar-free electrolyte tea?
For maximum benefits, drink this Keto electrolyte tea with meals. For beginners, it is safe to start with one cup per day and increase to no more than two cups daily in order to avoid stomach discomfort. For more long-term benefits, have this electrolyte drink regularly.
Can this recipe be customized?
For a more nutritious base, replace water with coconut water as it is naturally packed with electrolytes such as potassium, and sodium. You can opt for other healthy low-carb sweeteners such as erythritol or powdered allulose instead of stevia.
