Keto Pepperoni Pizza Dip

Marinara Sauce, Store Bought

Cream Cheese, Brick
4 ounce
Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper, Ground
½ teaspoon
Garlic, Powder
¼ teaspoon
Onion Powder
½ teaspoon
Oregano, Dried
1 teaspoon
Crushed Red Pepper by Simply Organic
¼ tsp
Pepperoni, Pork And Beef
¾ ounce
Mozzarella Cheese
2 slice- each 3/4 ounce

Step 1
In a cast iron skillet, heat the marinara sauce and cream cheese together over a medium heat until the two emulsify. You should have a light pink/orange sauce that is thick and bubbly.Step 2
Stir in all the seasonings. Chop and stir in the pepperoni as well. At this point, turn on your oven’s broiler.Step 3
Once the dip is heated through and fragrant, turn off the stove. Arrange 2 slices of mozzarella cheese on top of the dip. Heat the skillet under your broiler for 3-4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.Step 4
Serve hot! The original recipe here makes approx. 1 ½ cups of dip.
