  • Step 1

    Preheat an oven to 300 F. Combine the gochujang, olive oil, grated garlic and grated ginger into a bowl. Whisk together.

    Place leg quarters into a 12” cast iron skillet. Pat dry with paper towels.

    Season the meat with the salt.

    Rub the leg quarters with all the gochujang mixture. Bake in the oven for 2 ½ - 3 hours. The low temperature is key for this recipe, low and slow will result in tender juicy meat.

    Also the recipe calls for 3 cloves of garlic but in the pictures whole heads of garlic have been used...

      Also is a serving 1 leg and thigh Because the photo shows 4 legs and thighs butt you say that it is good for 8 servings... Also I doubt that 4 legs and thighs would be 5 lb .......any clarification on portions
