Rotisserie Chicken
1-½ ounce
Tahini
2 teaspoon
Yogurt
1 tablespoon
Peppermint, Fresh
1 tablespoon
Lemon Peel Or Zest Raw
1 tsp
Pine Nuts
2 teaspoon, whole pieces
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper

Step 1
Slice the avocado in half, lengthways and remove the stone.Step 2
Finely chop the mint leaves and add to a mixing bowl, along with the yogurt, tahini and lemon zest.Step 3
Roughly shred the chicken into the bowl, season, and stir well to coat in the dressing.Step 4
To serve, divide the chicken mixture evenly between the two avocado halves and scatter with pine nuts.

I really liked the recipe, easy and delicious, but I’m confused as the avocado is not listed in the ingredients, should I count macros separately for the full avocado?Please advice. Thank u
