Finely chop the parsley and chives and add them to a bowl. Mix until combined, then transfer 1 tbsp to a plate. To the large bowl with the herbs, add the cream cheese.Step 2
Mince the garlic and add it to the cream cheese and herbs. Add lemon zest, crushed red pepper, and salt and mix. Transfer the cream cheese to the center of a large piece of cling film and roughly form it into a ball.Step 3
Pull the sides of the cling film to the center and twist, forming a cheeseball. Roll on a surface to make a proper ball. Transfer to the fridge for 30 minutes to set.Step 4
