Bacon, pork
1 slice - 6" long
100% Unsweerened Dark Chocolate Baking Chips
1 tbsp
Maple Flavored Syrup
1 tbsp
Gourmet Collection Smoked Paprika
1 tsp
Reduced Sugar Craisin Dried Cranberries by Ocean Spray
1 tablespoon
Almonds
0.33 cup, whole
Pecans, raw
0.33 cup
Salt, sea salt

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a shallow oven tray with baking paper.Step 2
Lay the bacon on the tray and brush with half of the syrup. Transfer to the oven to bake for 10-12 minutes until crisp and golden. Set aside to cool completely.Step 3
Reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees. Add the almonds, pecans, olive oil, paprika, salt and remaining lakanto to a small mixing bowl. Stir well to combine, coating the nuts in the seasonings.Step 4
Arrange the seasoned nuts across the same tray used to cook the bacon. Transfer to the oven and toast for 12-15 minutes until golden. Set aside to cool completely.Step 5
Roughly chop the cranberries and add to a mixing bowl with the toasted nuts, chocolate chips and crumble in the bacon. Stir well to combine before serving.

would it keep, unrefrigerated?

If you vacuum seal small portions it should keep unrefrigerated

I like it fine without chocolate. Delicious!
