Keto Smoky Cheddar And Chive Cheese Crisps

Are you missing your potato chip snacks? You won’t miss them ever again after you make these Smoky Cheddar and Chive Crisps! They perfectly satisfy that need for crunchy textures, and you get so much flavor from the chives and black pepper. You even satisfy your salt craving with the cheese! Store your finished cheese crisps in an airtight container in the fridge for snacking any time of day. They’re great for scooping up keto dips or are good as is.

For this recipe, please choose your favorite brand of smoked cheddar cheese. It needs to come in brick form, so you can finely shred it.

  • Step 1

Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Finely shred all of the cheese into a bowl. Combine this with the chopped chives and cracked pepper thoroughly.
    Step 1
  • Step 2

Either line a sheet tray with parchment paper (not wax paper) or spray a naked sheet tray very well. Use a tablespoon to portion out the cheese mixture onto the tray. Give about 2 inches of space between each portion because they will spread a lot in the oven.
    Step 2
  • Step 3

Bake the cheese crisps for about 7 minutes or until the edges become very golden brown. Keep your eye on them to avoid any burning. Remove the crisps with a spatula and let them cool before eating. You may also remove any fat with a napkin or towel. Enjoy!

This is so yummy. I added flax seeds in it for some fiber.
