I made this recipe and used the gram measurements. It was disgusting. Way to much icing sugar. I was wondering already of the amount before I made it. Sadly I googled afterwords what a 3/4 cup of icing sugar in grams are….it’s 75 gram not 180 gram. I might give it another go with the right amount. 😅right now I have the taste of icing sugar replacement in my mouth.

I LOVE this pudding, even for breakfast! I add chia seeds, coconut flakes, cinnamon & maple, granola or mixed berries 😋 When I make it i sometimes change the milk or extract for something different! I use my whisk on my kitchen aide mixer & add the xantham gum to the powdered swerve before adding to the liquid.

This is delicious and easy to prep. You list vanilla in the ingredients, but not when putting everything together. I just added to the coconut milk when adding it to the dry ingredients.

I like this, I've substituted some vanilla for lemon extract it came out awesome. The blender idea is a time saver.

Delicious! I used coconut extract instead of vanilla, and Splenda instead of Swerve. The next time I make this I will cut back on the Splenda as it was a little too sweet for me. I put all of my ingredients in a blender, gradually adding the dry ingredients while blending. The result was just like creamy pudding with no lumps.
