Creme Fraiche
1-½ tablespoon
Capers
1 teaspoon, whole pieces
Dill Weed, Fresh

Lemon Juice

Slice the avocado in half lengthways, and remove the stone from the center.Step 2
Add the crème fraiche, lemon juice, dill and capers to a mixing bowl and mash together to combine.Step 3
Flake the mackerel into the mixing bowl and stir into the dressing to coat.Step 4
To serve, divide the mackerel mixture evenly between the two avocado halves.
