Keto Pork Meatball Lettuce Cups
This easy lunch or simple snack has just two components: meatballs and lettuce cups! With each serving being 2 lettuce cups, you can fit them in a meal prep container or enjoy right away with your hands. You can also add toppings like sriracha, keto guacamole, crunchy seaweed strips, or any keto condiment you find appetizing.

How is the serving size 2 cups per person when Step 5 says that the total yield is 6 lettuce cups?
