Keto Butter Mustard Radishes
This Keto recipe makes a great low carb side dish and can be easily adapted for plant based dietary requirements. Our easy low carb recipe is prepared with crisp radishes, a hearty helping of butter, aromatic garlic and a hint of lemon zest. Perfect served with roasted meats and as a low carb potato alternative.
Can I Make This Dairy-Free?
We have sautéed our radishes in a hearty helping of butter to add a good amount of a Keto friendly fats to the recipe. If you would like to make the recipe dairy free you can simply swap the butter for coconut oil, using in the same quantities. Please be sure to adjust your macros to account for any changes made to the recipe.

Radish, raw
2 cup
Butter, unsalted
2 tbsp
Lemon Peel Or Zest Raw
1 tsp
Garlic
1 clove
Salt, sea salt
0.5 tsp
Black pepper

Step 1
Slice the tops and tips from the radishes. Cut any large radishes into quarters, and any smaller radishes in half. Melt the butter in a skillet over a medium heat. Add the prepared radishes to the skillet along with the lemon zest, salt and pepper. Toss the radishes in the melted butter.Step 2
Leave the radishes to cook for 5 minutes in the butter, then turn them. Crush the garlic and add to the skillet. Cook for another 6-8 minutes, or until the radishes are tender and starting to turn golden. Remove from the heat. Add the mustard to the skillet.Step 3
Stir well, mixing the buttery radishes with the mustard. The radishes should be coated all over in the flavorings. Serve warm with your favorite Keto mains.

Made these tonight, won’t make again. Radish with butter and baked is better and takes less work. Lemon and mustard doesn’t go in my book.
