Begin by seasoning the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the pork chops to the skillet and sauté for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.Step 2
