Best Vegan Keto Burger
You will love this easy Keto Vegan recipe if you are plant-based. Our Best Vegan Keto Burger is both Low Carb and Keto-friendly. Vegan Keto burger patties are seared on both sides, and then sandwiched between Keto-friendly burger buns and topped with fresh, crisp lettuce, slices of tomato, and Vegan mayo. These are quick to throw together on a busy weeknight but have plenty of protein to keep you full.
To make the ultimate pairing, serve this Vegan Burger with high-fat whole foods like fresh avocado, which you can mash, season with sea salt, and place on the burger.
What is the best mayo to use?
We have used Vegan avocado oil-based mayonnaise as it is best to avoid vegetable oil-based mayonnaise for health considerations.
What are the best vegan burger patties to use?
Please look for a Vegan burger patty with a net carb value of less than 5 g per patty. Doing so will ensure that you can stick to your Keto macros.

Step 1
Preheat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the avocado oil and swirl the pan to coat. Place the patties, separated, into the pan.Step 2
Sear on the first side, turning the heat down to medium, for several minutes until browned. Cook on the second side for several minutes until the patty is golden brown on both sides and heated through.Step 3
Prepare the lettuce by washing and spinning it dry. Slice the tomato very thinly. Set these ingredients aside.Step 4
If using a Keto hamburger bun, slice the buns in half. Preheat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Spread one tablespoon of mayo combined for both halves of the bun. A large skillet should fit two buns sliced in half. Cook over low heat until the bottom of the buns are nicely browned.Step 5
Add another ½ tbsp of mayo to the bottom half of the bun. Top it with lettuce and then a slice of tomato.Step 6
Top with the Vegan burger. Top with the top half of the bun. Serve immediately.
