Ingredients
Ham Slices
4 medium slice - 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" x 1/16" - each 0.75 ounce
Tuna
2 ounce
Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon
Cilantro
1 tablespoon, chopped
Roasted Red Peppers In Brine by Kroger
¼ cup
Salt, Sea Salt
⅛ teaspoon
Black Pepper, Ground
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Finely chop the peppers and cilantro. Add to a mixing bowl along with the tuna, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix together well to combine.Step 2
Divide the tuna mayo evenly between the four slices of ham, creating a strip close to one edge.Step 3
Roll the ham up around the filling so that the edges overlap and you have a tight tube around the tuna mayo. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
