    Add three tablespoons of olive oil, sea salt, marjoram, chives, and cayenne pepper to a bowl. Mix well to combine. Optionally, add some garlic powder.

    Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a small baking dish with parchment paper. Put the steaks in the baking dish. Brush each tuna steak with the prepared olive oil mixture and bake for 20-25 minutes.

    Put the trimmed beans in a deep pot. Pour in enough water to cover and bring to a boil. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until tender. Remove from the heat and drain.

    Add the remaining olive oil and butter to a large pan. Add the cooked beans and season with ¼ teaspoon of salt and garlic powder. Mix well and cook for 5-6 minutes over medium-high heat.

    Wash and roughly chop the Swiss chard. Peel and mince the garlic. Add the Swiss chard, garlic, and the remaining salt to a pan and cook for 5-6 minutes over medium-high heat.

    Divide the tuna, green beans, and Swiss chard between your lunch boxes. Optionally, season with some more salt or pepper and add a couple of lemon slices. Enjoy!
