Keto Lemon and Ginger Baked Chicken Wings
These quick and easy Keto chicken wings are simple to prepare yet packed with flavor. Our low carb wings are brushed with a simple glaze of lemon zest, warming ginger, garlic, maple-flavored syrup, and olive oil until well coated. The wings are then oven baked until caramelized and perfectly golden. Perfect served hot from the oven or cold as leftovers! We have basted and cooked our wings straight away for quickness and convenience; however, you may leave the wings to marinate in the fridge for a richer flavor if desired.
Can I Cook These In An Air Fryer?
We have oven-baked our Keto chicken wings until lightly golden and caramelized. If you are looking for an alternative cooking method, these would also be great chucked on the BBQ grill, or they can be cooked in the basket of an air fryer. Cook the wings in two batches, so they are fried in a single layer in the basket. Air fry at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes, turning halfway through. Cook longer if needed.
Serving Suggestions
We love our Keto chicken wings served hot with a side of cauliflower rice or served with some buttery green beans or broccoli. Alternatively, you can also serve the wings cold, making them a great meal prep option. Perfect as leftovers accompanied by a hearty low carb salad or a creamy Keto slaw.
