Keto Sticky Chicken Wings
These deliciously sticky and charred Keto chicken wings are loaded with flavor and warming spices. Our quick and easy low-carb chicken wings are dusted with ground coriander and garlic powder, then basted in a tangy marinade of maple-flavored syrup, sesame oil, tamari sauce, tomato paste, and lemon juice. Once prepared, the wings are oven-baked until golden and caramelized.
Can I Make These in An Air Fryer?
We have oven-baked our Keto chicken wings until lightly charred but still juicy and tender. If you are looking for an alternative cooking method, these will work well grilled on a BBQ, or they can be cooked in the basket of an air fryer. Cook the wings in two batches, so they are in a single layer in the basket. Air fry at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes, turning halfway through. Cook longer if needed.
Can I Leave the Wings to Marinate?
These simple low-carb wings can be prepared and baked straight away and will still be rich with flavor. If you would like to have a deeper flavor to the chicken, you can baste the wings with the sauce, cover them, and refrigerate them for two hours to marinate. You can also adjust the level of spices and seasonings in the marinade to suit your personal tastes. Please be sure to adjust your macros to account for any changes made to the recipe.
