Green Olives
12 medium
Celery Stalks
4 medium - stalk - 7 1/2" to 8" long
Cream Cheese Spread
2-½ ounce
Capers
1 teaspoon
Lemon Juice, Fresh
1 teaspoon
Lemon Peel Or Zest Raw
½ tsp
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon
Garlic Powder
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Finely slice the olives and roughly chop the capers. Add to a mixing bowl along with the cream cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, pepper and garlic powder. Mix together well to combine.Step 2
Spoon the cream cheese mixture along the center of each celery stalk and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Left out lemon for personal tastes and added onion powder and dill, such a great meal!
