Recipe Steps

50 min

  • Step 1

Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Prepare the olives, spinach, bell pepper, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese by chopping the ingredients as shown.
    Step 1
  • Step 2

Place your already prepared, frozen chicken pizza crust on a flat surface. Brush the olive oil over the crust and distribute the salt, pepper, red pepper, garlic, oregano, and basil across it.
    Step 2
  • Step 3

Arrange the olives, spinach, and bell pepper over the pizza.
    Step 3
  • Step 4

Arrange the cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the veggies.
    Step 4
  • Step 5

For baking, line the bottom of a baking dish that has been turned over with parchment paper. The dish needs to be the same size or larger than your pizza. Using the pan you used to freeze your chicken crust will be best. Place the pizza on top of the parchment paper.
    Step 5
  • Step 6

If your chicken crust has become soft during assembly, place it back in the freezer for 5-10 minutes so it can stiffen. Then, bake your pizza for about 35 minutes or until the cheese and crust are golden brown.
    Step 6
  • Step 7

When done baking, remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the top. Let the pizza cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
    Step 7

Delicious!! I’ve missed pizza…until now! Wondering if baking the crust for 5-10 minutes would help it crisp up better. Has anyone tried that. Otherwise, I don’t mind eating it with a fork. My toppings of choice were a bit different: Roma tomatoes, green onions, green pepper, chopped kale, bacon…the rest the same.

Question 😄 does the recipe already account for the macros for the crust as well or do I add it separate ?? I believe it’s separate but I have to ask .. Thanks in advance 🙏🏽

The macros for the crust are already included! All ingredients in the ingredient list are considered in the total macros for the recipe.

Super recipe, really tasty. Was a little confused with the recipe for the base, so minced up the raw chicken with the egg and pre cooked it. It was not grainy, followed the recipe for the topping was really good , recommend this recipe!!!

Is there really no way to provide an actual hyperlink to the chicken pizza crust recipe?

Can you provide a link to the crust recipe? That would be most helpful (what I think most folks are asking for). Thanks!
