Mussel, Raw
1 pound
Chicken Broth
1 cup
Oregano Fresh
2 x 1 teaspoon
Thyme Fresh
4 tsp
Butter
1 tablespoon
Heavy Cream
¼ cup
Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper
½ teaspoon
Parmesan Cheese
1 cup, shredded

Step 1
Make sure all your mussels have been cleaned and rinsed. Place the mussels in a large pot, so they can cover the bottom without piling on top of each other. Add in the chicken broth, fresh oregano sprigs, and thyme sprigs.Step 2
Cover the pot and bring the pot to a strong simmer. Remove the lid, and continue simmering the pot for about 5 minutes so the broth reduced slightly. Then, transfer the mussels and herbs to a clean serving plate. Leave the broth in the pot.Step 3
Turn the stove’s heat down to low. Melt the butter into the broth. Then, gently stir in the heavy cream, salt, and pepper.Step 4
When the liquid is heated through and emulsified, stir in the parmesan cheese. Once the cream sauce has thickened, pour it over the mussels for serving. Enjoy!

In denver they only sell in 2 lb bags Really love these but alot will be wasted cant even eat .5 lb n once theyre open no good Used to eat with garlic butter n shot o vermouth O Boy
