Parmesan Cheese
10 tablespoon, shredded
Avocado
2-½ ounce
Diced Tomatoes With Green Chilies by Kroger
½ cup
Lime Juice, Fresh
1 teaspoon
Cilantro
⅛ cup, chopped

Step 1
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. On a sheet tray lined with parchment paper, arrange individual tablespoons of parmesan. Spread each portion out into a thin disk. Bake the tray for 10 minutes. Watch the crisp for the cheese to melt, bubble, and harden without burning. Set the cooked crisps aside to cool.Step 2
While the crisps are baking, make the salsa. Combine diced avocado with drained diced tomatoes, lime juice, and cilantro. Gently fold the salsa over with a spoon or fork to keep the avocado in tact.Step 3
Per serving, enjoy 5 parmesan crisps with approx. ½ c avocado salsa.
