Fold the whipped cream with the cream cheese mixture and set it aside for assembling. Hi 😊 probably a silly question but how can you have 5g net carbs if there’s only 3G fibre and 31g total carbs??

    • Dyoung61

      Dyoung61 21 days ago

Because you deduct the fiber and sugar alcohol from the total carbs to get the net

This recipe is so beyond good. I cannot believe this is only 5 carbs. It tastes better than some chocolate mousse I've had at restaurants

Scrumptious, smooth and chocolatey. Added contrast of crumble is nice. Could crush a few nuts in topping.

There’s a difference between net and total carbs! I also do total carbs it’s 30.5 carbs per serving

She must be looking at the carbs as whole it does say total carbs 30.5 but you are counting net carbs on the keto diet. There are 5 per serving and this recipe makes 2 servings.

How!? It's 5.2g for 1 serving. Too much? Cut it to ½.

It’s 5.2 g of net carbs. Not something I’d eat everyday, but on occasion I’d swap the 6 net carbs in a cup of steamed broccoli to eat chocolate!
