This BULLETPROOF® coffee pod recipe is rich in fats and a little sweetness. These Keto coffee pods are a great make-ahead option, perfect to keep on hand in the fridge. This is a great way to add instant fats and flavor to your Keto breakfast coffee or hot beverage of your choice.
What ingredients make up this Keto Bulletproof coffee?
These easy Keto butter coffee pods are prepared with just 5 ingredients. Unsalted butter is melted together with coconut oil, a little vanilla, ground cinnamon, and low-carb sweetener to create these BULLETPROOF® coffee pods. Once blended, the mixture is divided into individual serving-size portions and refrigerated until set firm. We have divided our mixture between 8 individual paper truffle cases but you may use alternative molds if desired.
How can you serve this Keto beverage?
This BULLETPROOF® coffee pod recipe is a great base from which to add your own additions. We have used butter and coconut oil but you may swap any of these for BULLETPROOF® Brain Octane Oil (MCT Oil) if preferred, or even use a combination of fats. You may also add additional flavorings such as cocoa powder or pumpkin spices. Ensure that you adjust your macros to account for any changes made.
Can you use this recipe to make other flavors of coffee pods?
Yes, you can! If you don’t like vanilla or want more options, you can flavor these fat drops differently. Replace the vanilla extract with caramel extract, pumpkin spice, or cocoa powder. You can make a variety of flavors, store them in your fridge, and pop a different one in your coffee every morning.

Step 1
Add the butter, coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and erythritol to a small saucepan and set over low/medium heat. Stir well to combine, melting the oil and butter together and dissolving the sweetener. Stir continuously over a gentle heat until well combined.Step 2
Select 8 paper truffle cases or alternative small molds and place them on a plate. Divide the melted fat mixture evenly between the 8 cases/molds. Transfer the plate or molds to the fridge and let them set for 1-2 hours.Step 3
Once set, the pods are ready to be added to your preferred hot beverage. Add one or two pods to your drink as desired, and stir well to combine and then blend as you would your regular BULLETPROOF® coffee. Store the remaining coffee pods in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to use.
