Ingredients
Haloumi Cheese by Papouis
4-½ ounce
Mayonnaise, Store Bought
½ tablespoon
Harissa Paste by Trader Joe's
½ teaspoon
Avocado
¼ each
Red Bell Peppers, Sweet, Raw Or Blanched, Marinated In Oil Mixture
¼ medium - 2 1/2" diameter x 2 3/4"

Step 1
Slice the halloumi into two even slices. Add to a dry skillet over a medium/high heat and fry for 2-3 minutes each side until golden brown. Set aside.Step 2
Add the mayonnaise to a small bowl with the harissa and mix to combine.Step 3
Smother one slice of cooked halloumi with the spicy mayo.Step 4
Layer with the roasted bell pepper.Step 5
Thinly slice the avocado and arrange over the pepper.Step 6
Top with the remaining halloumi slice to serve.
