Hard Boiled Egg

Mayonnaise
½ teaspoon
Tabasco sauce
0.13 tsp
Black pepper
0.13 tsp
Parsley, dried
0.13 tsp
Arugula
0.75 oz
Olive Oil
0.5 tsp
Lemon juice
1 tsp
Bacon
2 slice - 6" long

Step 1
Slice a hard boiled egg in half and scoop the yolk into a bowl. Use a spoon to smash the yolk into a paste and mix with the mayo and tabasco. Spoon the yolk filling back into the whites of the hard boiled egg and garnish with pinches of pepper and parsley.Step 2
In a small mixing bowl, toss fresh clean arugula with the olive oil and lemon juice. Pair this next to the deviled egg.Step 3
Cook two pieces of bacon to your liking of crispiness and arrange on your plate with the egg and arugula. Enjoy!
