  • Step 1

    Slice a hard boiled egg in half and scoop the yolk into a bowl. Use a spoon to smash the yolk into a paste and mix with the mayo and tabasco. Spoon the yolk filling back into the whites of the hard boiled egg and garnish with pinches of pepper and parsley.

    In a small mixing bowl, toss fresh clean arugula with the olive oil and lemon juice. Pair this next to the deviled egg.

    Cook two pieces of bacon to your liking of crispiness and arrange on your plate with the egg and arugula. Enjoy!
