Easy Keto Gefilte Fish

Keto Passover recipes are a fantastic combination of traditional holiday recipes made with low-carb ingredients. This Keto gefilte fish is easy to prepare and can last for days in the refrigerator for the entire family to enjoy. Some traditional gefilte fish recipes require more or less sugar, while others don't. For this reason, we have decided to add a small amount of sweetener to the recipe, which is completely optional and depends on your taste. We have also replaced the usual matzah meal with almond flour, a perfect low-carb substitute. Serve your gefilte fish with some low-carb vegetables of your choice, and enjoy!

What type of sweetener to use?

You can use any type of your favorite sweetener and adjust the amount according to taste. You can also omit the sweetener entirely.

How to store Keto gefilte fish?

Refrigerate the leftovers in air-tight containers for a couple of days. Reheat in the oven or microwave when ready to serve.

What type of fish broth to use?

We have used store-bought fish broth for this recipe, but homemade fish broth would also be perfect. If buying fish broth, read the labels and choose the low-carb ones.
