Keto Broccoli and Spinach Hummus

12 ratings

This nutrient dense keto hummus is loaded with green veggies, earthy tahini, aromatic garlic and a hint of lemon.

This is a great alternative to regular hummus served with vegetable dippers or keto crackers.

Absolutely delicious. I used garlic infused olive oil and added a 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder.

I did add 1/2 a fresh large jalapeño pepper, a few sprinkles of red pepper flakes, and 2 T. fresh chopped cilantro. Ate it with 2 large ribs of celery. Filling and very tasty!

Per Goran’s note, what did you use to calculate the macros? If you’re being strict about your macros it’s imperative that these are correct. Thanks !!

Delish! Way more than 4 portions though for me, more like 6 as it makes a lot. I also added 2 pickled jalapeños to give it a little spice, so good. Will definitely keep this as one of my favs👍

From original recipe, tap upper right hand corner's dots "copy to my foods", close it, search for copy, open tap dots something like" edit recipe" appears then go from there. Recalling from memory, hope I'm right
