Low Carb Roasted Garlic Herb Pork Tenderloins

Keto Roasted Garlic Herb Pork Tenderloins is a great recipe to use if you want to make-ahead plenty of protein. It is convenient to have a large amount of protein in the fridge, especially on a Low Carb and Keto diet. Raw pork tenderloins are coated with a generous amount of kosher salt, Herbs de Provence, and garlic powder. They are roasted in the oven until nicely browned on all sides. You will love having an ample amount of meat around for all of your protein needs throughout the week. You can use the meat for salad, sandwiches, breakfast with eggs, or a snack with cheese and vegetables.

Why does this recipe use two different temperatures?

The oven is preheated to a lower temperature to allow the pork to cook most of the way through, and then the oven is cranked up to a higher temperature to allow browning on all sides. The two-step method will result in a very juicy tenderloin.

Do I have to use Herbes de Provence on the outside?

No, you can use any variety of spices and seasonings on these pork tenderloins. Use this recipe as a guideline and switch it up to add your favorite flavors. Some different flavors would be chipotle powder, garlic powder, oregano, or a barbecue seasoning. A fajita seasoning would also be delicious.

How do I store extra pork tenderloins?

Store the tenderloins wrapped tightly in several layers of plastic wrap until ready to use.

I don't know why 1 tbsp of herbes de Provence would weigh 3.53 oz/100 grams. Also, the only ingredient with carbs is garlic powder - the others are 0 carbs. So the carb count is off. I did a corrected copy and changed the name from Low-carb to Keto. Recipewriter, you need to review and correct this recipe.

Yes I dont' know why this would be 6g carbs either? Seems very strange indeed. I would put it at zero carbs

Took a bit longer than the recipe stated. But it was good. Too easy.

This recipe is great but am I missing something here? Why is the carb count 6 on one serving?

I'm guessing it's because at the bottom of directions it says to serve it with a cucumber salad & the link takes you to that recipe as well.

My thoughts exactly. I might as well add one serving of each thing individually.

This recipe was very simple to make and turned out delicious very tender and tasty. I added some onion powder but any seasoning choice would be great. Herbs de Provence is one of my favourites . I was in a hurry so I shorten the cooking time to 20 mins & then set the high temp for the requested 5 minutes with auto shut off and had to leave the house. It turned out perfect!
