Keto Green Bean Chips
These Keto green bean chips make a deliciously salty and crunchy low carb snack. Our quick and easy green bean chips are simply prepared with frozen green beans, olive oil, and sea salt. Once prepared, the green beans are cooked for a few hours at a low oven temperature until perfectly crisp and crunchy. These make a great substitute snack to carb-heavy potato chips.
Do I Need a Dehydrator?
Although green bean chips can be made in a dehydrator, we have used a standard oven to prepare our Keto-friendly snack. This makes it more accessible and achievable without the need for any special equipment. The chips simply bake in the oven in a shallow tray at its lowest temperature setting until crunchy.
Can I Use Other Seasonings?
We have simply seasoned our green beans with flaky sea salt for that classic salty chip flavor. If you would like, you could experiment with other seasonings when preparing the beans. Garlic powder, paprika, and BBQ spices would make great additions to this low carb, crunchy snack. Please ensure to adjust your macros to account for any changes made to the original recipe.

Any word on storage?

How should these be stored if I’d like to make them as a snack for work the next day?
