  • Step 1

    Add the steak to a shallow bowl. Crush the garlic and finely chop the rosemary. Add to the bowl along with the red pepper flakes, olive oil, salt and pepper. Use your hands to rub the seasonings into the steak.

    Heat a griddle pan over a high heat and add the steak, cooking to preference.

    Remove the steak from the pan to rest. Add the tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly charred and softened.

    May I ask why there are very few recipes with Steak in general on here as well as grilled steak? I was speaking Nutritional info for (marinated) Grilled NY strip steak.
